For the past year I have spoken passionately about how I have been moved and inspired by "The F Word: Images of Forgiveness", and its challenging exploration – and celebration – of amazing personal stories of reconciliation and renewal from around the world. This exhibition is at the heart of what is known as The Forgiveness Project, a British based organisation promoting conflict resolution and restorative justice.

Nicaragua has a special place in my heart. This tiny country overthrew a brutal dictator in a popular revolution in 1979 only to face a long, bloody civil war provoked and then sustained by Ronald Reagan and the United States, covertly, illegally and in defiance of the country's own Congress.

Why do I love Ben Cohen? I love him because he continually surprises me. Just take a look at the animation on his site TrueMajority.org on moving the money from the military budget to very real and constant enemies we face -- poverty, lack of good health care, and lack of good education and you will get what I mean. He is a populist educator who understands that education today is about being different, dazzling, delighting the eye, and being very funny. He sure does that.

A black South African former political prisoner reconciles with a white former guard; a mother forgives her daughter's murderer; a World War II veteran forgives his torturers; a daughter befriends the IRA bomber who killed her father. These stories and many more, and some remarkable photos by Brian Moody, are debuting at a London exhibition entitled "The F Word: Images of Forgiveness." Do you have a story of forgiveness we should include?

Great news from the National Labor Committee! Their campaign to clean up the Honduran factory where hip-hop artist P. Diddy's Sean John clothing line is manufactured has scored some major successes already. All credit goes to the remarkable women who were brave enough to stand up against the management of the factory, risking their jobs, suffering humilation and intimidation, and even being branded terrorists by Honduran officials.
